Enkoa takes part in the European project “BreadGuard” for developing ultrasound applications for the food industry. The project is being carried out in collaboration with technological center, European universities and the main goal is to elaborate an affordable and innovative quality control and performance system for the baking process .This system consists basically of 2 sensors, one nanospectometry and one ultrasound , which allow continuous and nonintrusive measurement of the quality and setting up. The corresponding soft‐/hardware package completes the sensor system, which combination can measure the key parameters of the baking process and adjust it to the optimal set‐up. Enkoa has collaborate in this project by sharing the knowledge in wireless and low consumption communication for the food industry. Thus the collaboration between companies of different industries and  sharing the expertise of each one, it has been they key to achieve the goal of the project
